Josh Browning Case Dismissed

GE Forms Partnership with Elementary Schools

MADISONVILLE, KY - A jury returned a verdict for $42,750,000 for wrongful death and negligence against Harborside Healthcare in Hopkins County Circuit Court.

John Hamilton Pleads Guilty

HOPKINS COUNTY, KY -  John Hamilton pled guilty to 2nd Degree Manslaughter in the death of Julia Wooten in Earlington on September 6th of 2009 and 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment for the near miss of another pedestrian who was present with Ms. Wooten.
