Corbin, KY Soldier Will Be Laid to Rest on Tuesday

HOPKINS COUNTY, KY - Governor Steve Beshear has directed that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010 in honor of a Kentucky native soldier who died while supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
