HOPKINS COUNTY, KY – A Bremen man was arrested in White Plains on Sunday after a tip was received by the Kentucky State Police.
On Sunday, November 21, 2010, the Kentucky State Police received a tip in reference to a subject who had outstanding warrants for his arrest. The subject, identified as Kevin D. Johnson, age 38 of Bremen, KY, was reported to be at a residence located on Mt. Carmel Road approximately a ½ mile south of White Plains. At 1:10 p.m. on Sunday, troopers arrived at the residence. Mr. Johnson attempted to flee out the back of the residence, but was apprehended.
Mr. Johnson was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd or > Offense-Meth, Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Degree 1st Offense, Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor 1st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 2 Counts of Execution of Warrant for Other Agency.
Johnson was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
