HOPKINS COUNTY, KY - The Hopkins County Sheriff Department report arrests for November 19 through November 23:
On November 19, 2010, Shelton Smith, Jr., 44, of S Atkinson, Earlington, KY, was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000.
On November 20, 2010, there were the following arrests:
●William E. Fugate, 58, of Trabue Rd, White Plains, KY, was arrested for Assault 4th degree (warrant).
●Harold R. Byrd, Jr., 40, of Locust St, Dawson Springs, KY was arrested for Contempt of Court (warrant).
●Linville Lewis 30, of Hopewell St, Madisonville, KY was arrested for Contempt of Court (warrant).
On November 21, 2010, there were the following arrests:
●Corey A. Kempf, 18, of Ridgeway Avenue, Evansville, IN, was arrested for Alcohol Intoxication; Person 18-20 in Possession/Purchasing/Alcohol.
●Theodore Boarman, 21, of Austin Avenue, Evansville, IN, was arrested for Possession of Synthetic Annabinoid Agonists; Possession of handgun by Convicted felon; Drug paraphernalia.
●Devin C. Myers, 20, of Treelane Dr., Evansville, IN, was arrested for Person 18-20 Possession of Alcohol; Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoid Agonists.
