Hopkins County, KY - Prayer was held today at noon in front of the Hopkins County Court House.  In honor of "Patriot Day 9/11".  This event brought area residents together as one for prayer.

"Anytime a community can come together and pray, it's a wonderful thing," says Cindy Farris a local resident.  "There is power in prayer, I believe in that firmly and I am a proud American."

"Cry Out America begun by Awaken America Alliance, it's a network of ministries," says Gary Ball, a Volunteer Community Coordinator for Cry Out America. "We have a simple purpose and that is to pray for our nation and communities on September 11th."
