Details: Truth Apostolic Church will be hosting its’ second annual “R.O.C.K. For Jesus” (Reaching Our Community and Kids) Benefit Service on December 3, 2010, beginning at 6:30 p.m. All proceeds from this service will go to The Original Jerry O WTTL Toy Drive. This toy drive reaches out to underprivileged children in Hopkins County and ensures they have a Christmas.     The Benefit Service will feature sign language teams, drama teams, praise chorales, and a puppet show from five different churches: Truth Apostolic Church (Madisonville, KY); Haven Pentecostal (Henderson, KY); Landmark Apostolic Holiness (Dawson Springs, KY); Harvest House (Marion, KY) and the Star of Bethlehem (Isley, KY). The service is free to the public. Love offerings will be taken during the service and all benefit service offerings will be presented to WTTL near the conclusion of the service.   In addition, there will be dinner for purchase before, during, and after the service. The dinner will begin at approximately 6:00 p.m. and will continue through and after the service. All proceeds from the dinner will go to Mission 2:38, the outreach department of Truth Apostolic Church, and will be used for Community Gift Baskets and other future community projects. The church is located at 678 South Seminary Street in Madisonville, KY.
