HOPKINS COUNTY, KY - Many remember the case that began 2 years ago in downtown Madisonville Kentucky with Browning Chevrolet and the Browning family. iSurf News first broke the news that warrants were being served with interviews with Kentucky State Police officers who were in the process of search and seizure of all records on June 3rd 2009 article.
Last week the felony mediation held in Owensboro in front of Judge Castlin Sr. who ruled there was not any evidence to substantiate that Josh Browning was involved or had any knowledge about the activities in the front office regarding sales of vehicles. Mr. Browning was in the parts department and the State of Kentucky did not have any evidence to show his participation. Commonwealth Attorney David Massamore did dismiss the case.
iSurfNews did contact Commonwealth Attorney David Massamore who has been a part of this court case since its origin felt the dismissal of the charges against Josh Browning to be just as there was nothing indicating he had knowledge of or participation in the felonies charged. He was an officer of the corporation which is why Mr. Browning was charged.
