HOPKINS COUNTY, KY – Wilma Faye May, age 75, of Providence, Kentucky died at 3:25 a.m. on November 11, 2010 at her residence.
She was born August 19, 1935 in Hopkins County, KY to Hubert Morse and Audie May Hawkins Jenkins. She owned and operated the West Main Market and May's Grocery in Providence, KY and the Cool Town Deli in Nebom KY. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors: Daughter ~ Marilyn Peyton of Madisonville, KY; Daughters & Sons-in-law ~ Tracy & Coy Poole of Nebo, KY & Debbie & Eddie Melton of Madisonville, KY; Son ~ Keith Utley of Providence, KY; Son & Daughter-in-law ~ Michael & Arlinda Utley of Benton, KY; Grandchildren ~ Jeff Utley, Chris Utleym Jamie Peyton, Keila Melton, Mark Melton & Brandon Utley; Ten Great-Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents; an infant brother and an infant sister.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on November 14, 2010 at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY. Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Madisonville, KY. Minister is Rev. Terry Rhye.
Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until the 2:00 P.M. funeral hour on Sunday.
